Kosher food is preferred by many people for a variety of reasons. But why do people choose kosher? There are several benefits that kosher food offers that make it superior to non-kosher foods, which I will go into detail about in this article.
Is organic meat better than kosher meat? Organic and kosher are based on different philosophies. What makes organic meat "organic"? What's the difference (and similarities) between organic, free-range, grass-fed, and wild caught? You'll often see those four terms used interchangeably. I've been told that the true definition of organic is that the animal lives a healthy life before it gets killed and its treatment is mainly through health products like vitamins.
